Production Team Member
Hyqual Australia Pty Ltd, a long-established Caloundra-based manufacturer, requires a Production Team Member to work in our manufacturing business in preparing items for metallising and lacquering, along with other production tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing plastic parts for metallising.
- Injection moulding plastic products and preparation for the metallising process.
- Operate vacuum metallising machine.
- Check completed metallised products for finish quality.
- Assist with other production tasks as required.
- Time management skills and the ability to plan, organise and monitor completion of tasks.

- Ability to work effectively in a physically active and fast-paced environment.
- Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work within a changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to maintain clean and safe working environment in metallising and lacquer room.
- Able to follow equipment operating and maintenance procedures.
- Able to work with limited supervision but also as part of a production team.
We’re after someone who is a team player, eager to learn a variety of skills and reliable on a day-to-day basis. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not necessary.
The position will be casual initially, and the full-time employment will be offered to the right applicant.
